Audrey's Senior Pictures

Sometimes things don't turn out the way you hoped. And sometimes you get a second chance. Such was the case with Audrey's senior photoshoot. We first tried several weeks ago and many different things combined to make it less than ideal. But thankfully we got a chance to reshoot and had a much more wonderful/fun/successful time:) Hannah came with me and the three of us had such a fun time together.Here are my favorite pictures from our time :)

We were part of a reenactment in Mariposa this weekend so we have been listening to lots of Civil War music. This song is the main title from the movie Gettysburg which I recommend if you are looking for an accurate portrayal of the battle of Gettysburg.

The Sound of the Trumpet Conference 2016

I have returned from an amazing weekend spent at the Sound of the Trumpet conference. This conference is always one of the highlights of my year but I think I have to say that this year's was my favorite!! The topic (work) was really helpful, the weather was perfect and everything seemed to go very smoothly.

The talks were insightful.

The fellowship was delightful

As was the food :):)

The music was stellar

I am greatly looking forward to next year and hope you can come too:):)
